Hi, I’m Amanda.
I bring over 20 years of experience in the helping field, with a background rooted in social work, leadership, and holistic care. My work has always centered around supporting people through vulnerable and transformative seasons of life; prenatal, postnatal, and beyond. My path into this work wasn’t just professional, it was deeply personal.
After experiencing profound grief and life transitions, I stepped away from my career to focus on my own healing. During that time, I reconnected with my body, immersed myself in holistic practices, and began to understand something on a deeper level:
- Our bodies are always communicating with us.
- What we carry—physically, emotionally, and energetically—matters.
- Healing asks us to take an active role in our own well-being.
This is where the foundation of Wild Spirit Healing was born.
I believe in coming back to a more intuitive, grounded relationship with the body. One that honors both personal responsibility and self-compassion. Not from a place of pressure or perfection, but from a place of awareness, choice, and empowerment. Colon hydrotherapy is one of the ways I support that process.
My approach is gentle, respectful, and client-led. I create a space where you can slow down, feel safe in your body, and allow it to release what it’s been holding, without force or judgment.
This work isn’t just about physical detoxification, it’s about creating space.
Space in the body.
Space in the mind.
Space to reconnect with yourself in a more honest, grounded way.
You are not here to be “fixed”, you are here to be supported as you reconnect with your own inner knowing, and take ownership of your health in a way that feels aligned for you.
Whether you’re seeking digestive support, a reset, or simply feeling called to explore this work, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
